What services do you provide?
I provide individual personalized exercise sessions for you in your own home. First, I meet with you for an initial consultation where I learn about your past experience with exercise, your current fitness level and the health and fitness goals you have. I then design an exercise program, specifically for you, based upon your individual needs. I come to your home and train with you there. My goal is to challenge you at your own level; whether you are new to exercise, need some extra motivation to keep exercising or would like to add variety to your current exercise program. I offer weight training and cardiovascular training, along with instruction on warming up, stretching and a variety of other exercise modalities.
Do I need to have my own exercise equipment?
No, you do not need to have any equipment of your own. I bring everything that is needed for each session. If you do have a home gym or any equipment of your own we can use that as well.
Do I need to have a large area in my home to use for training?
No, you do not need a large area. We can do an effective workout in a small amount of space.
What if I have physical limitations, have not exercised for years or have never done an exercise program before?
No worries! This will be your personal exercise program at your own level. I take into consideration your physical limitations and we will work with them, focusing on the abilities you have. Even if it's been years since you have exercised regularly or if exercise has never been a part of your lifestyle, this is the time to become more physically active and realize the benefits that exercise will have for you. Each individual is different and I design each program to meet your individual needs, we will start at whatever level you are on and you will see the progression!
How long is each session?
I offer 30 minute, 45 minute or 60 minute sessions.
Do I have to sign up for a certain amount of training sessions?
No, you are not obligated to sign up for a certain number of sessions. During your initial consultation, we will discuss your needs and make a plan that is right for you.
Who do you train?
I currently train women, couples, families and youth. You are never too young or too old for exercise!
What area do you cover?

Am I committed to buy anything else when I sign up with you?
No, I do not sell supplements or have any hidden fees or obligations.
